Booking Guidelines

All services are booked by appointment only.

All first time appointments must be scheduled through my booking website. It is required to place a credit card on file, and by doing so you agree to the cancellation and no show policies. Your card on file will not be charged unless in the event of a last minute cancellation or no-show.

I love your kids, so I want them to be as safe as possible! No kids under the age of 10 are permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service.

 

Cancellation Policy

Out of respect for mine and other guests’ time, I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment. If you do need to cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, the card on file will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment(s).

If you need to cancel or reschedule, you can do so by clicking the link in your confirmation text or email through Square, or by emailing or messaging me directly.

No-Show Policy

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forego their appointment with no contact, or cancels after the service start time will be considered a no show and will be charged a fee equal to 100% of the total service(s) scheduled. Appointments are considered a no show at 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time with no contact.

Clients who have no-showed or canceled multiple appointments may be prohibited from scheduling any further appointments, or may be required to pre-pay for any further appointments before they get scheduled.

 

Late Policy

Please be aware if you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, I may not be able to accommodate the reserved service(s). If possible, I will do my best to offer modifications to your scheduled services to allow you to still receive services, but rescheduling may be necessary. In the event that I am not able to perform the scheduled service(s) or you do not wish to proceed with the alternatives offered, a cancellation fee will be applied.

Refunds + Exchanges

All services are non-refundable.

If you have any questions or concerns about your service(s), I am happy to offer a free adjustment if needed within the first 14 days, so please don't hesitate to reach out if anything comes up!
